What You’ll Do:

• As an intern, you will assist customers in setting up essential services for their homes, including utilities, internet, and mobile plans.
• You will communicate with customers via email, phone, and chat, ensuring their questions are answered and their service needs are met efficiently.
• You will work closely with our team to improve the customer experience and streamline processes for setting up home services.
• You will learn about the ins and outs of various home services in the Netherlands and become knowledgeable in guiding customers through their move-in process.
• You will contribute to the ongoing improvement of our services by providing feedback and suggestions based on customer interactions.

What We’re Looking For:

• We’re seeking students or recent graduates with a strong interest in customer service and problem-solving.
• You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are important.
• You should be comfortable handling multiple tasks and prioritizing work efficiently.
